The hotel had a pleasant view from the upstairs window though the heating was not switched on. The cancellation issue was a downside, especially considering the lack of sufficient room space. Despite some setbacks, the modern and sturdy furniture added a nice touch to the overall room ambiance.

The service was exceptional, especially Troy who went out of their way to assist us during a late-night arrival. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out, making our stay more enjoyable.
